We decided to stay here because it was close to Midway Airport. Easy to find and only 30 min from Downtown area. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was typical hotel free breakfast but fresh even in the last hour, which was nice. Staff was friendly and professional.
The location is great. We came to Chicago to attend my mother-in-laws funeral. All was going great until 12/29/25. At 8:45pm I started running the water to take a shower, no hot water. Finally my husband went downstairs (after calling the front desk with no reply), he was told “ there are a lot of people taking a shower so wait 30 minutes and try running the water again.” Well it is now 9:45pm and there is still no hot water. We have been cleaning my mother-in-laws apartment all day, I am tired! This is Chicago for Gods sake, how is it that there’s an issue with HOT WATER!!!!
Front desk, MS. NICOLE R., was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. She helped me with every question I had. The room was very clean, straightened up, and smelled fresh. We came in after a 3 hour delay in Houston due to the government shut-down and air traffic controller shortage, staff was very friendly in checking us and getting us to our room promptly. Slept soundly in this large comfortable bed.
We thought it was clean and had a nice complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff was helpful.there is a resteraunt right across the parking lot.
Great, clean, quiet hotel to stay at when in Chicago. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and quick to serve. Also, Ms Ella, served the best breakfast in the morning. She even assisted me with fixing my plate. Thank you Ella!
Nice, good value option with a good chain. Room was comfortable, and quieter than I thought it would be so close to the airport. Fun aesthetics inside, but getting a little worn. Could use a little TLC (loud toilet, dripping tub, wear and tear). Staff was not overtly friendly or responsive. Breakfast was decent and the shuttle to the airport was prompt and quick.
I had an early morning flight, so I stayed here. It was everything I would expect at a Marriott: clean rooms, comfortable bed & friendly service. I didn't park here, but overnight parking costs $30. They have an airport shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes starting at the top of the hour. Got a super friendly and helpful driver!
